Objective of work: Digital transformation of core business processes to support operational scale and management visibility - Process Mapping of production planning , sales administration and shop floor processes to understand the existing business processes. Investigate and provide a functional spec. for a suitable MRP system to handle Production Planning, Job Tracking and Shop Floor Data collection. Investigate and propose a suitable system for data collection of all shop floor activities and assignment of man hours to products or Job Cards. Investigate a suitable system or multiple AI tools for transport management, route planning and generation of customs documentation. Design and specify a suitable CRM-based sales process, using existing Hubspot CRM and suitable AI tools to automate and streamline sales processes.

The scope and scale of this work must be achievable within 7 days of support. The quote for this work for can be up to £10,000 including VAT. The work will be awarded to the supplier offering the most competitive quote.
