Traffic Management and Admission Support-Westonbirt Arboretum (#REQ-182)
This procurement covers the provision of staff to manage car parking and addmissions during peak periods. The car parking staff ensure that we do no build up queues on the main A46 road, direct cars safety and efficiently. The admissions support element provides additional staffing during periods of high visitor numbers to ensure revenue is captured accurately across multiple till points, including the main admissions window and external pods.
This procurement covers the provision of temporary staff to support car park management and admissions operations during peak visitor periods.
Car park staff are responsible for managing vehicle flow to prevent congestion on the A46, ensuring queues do not form onto the main road. They will direct vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining traffic flow and prioritising visitor and public safety.
The admissions support element provides additional staffing during periods of high footfall to ensure visitors are processed efficiently. This includes managing multiple admissions points, such as the main admissions window and external pods, to minimise queuing and maintain a positive visitor experience.
