Support for Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) software, including provision of licences to use the incumbent Lampada MDT software.

This Direct Award is made in order to ensure short term operational continuity of support of existing Critical Infrastructure during the procurement and mobilisation period of a long term contract to deliver a new MDT solution.

Given the age of solution there are limited support options available, hence the Council requires the Incumbent Arrangement to be extended on a short-term basis pending completion of the procurement and implementation of the new solution. The services are limited to licencing, support and maintenance only, no additional deliverables or system changes are being procured, and the service management plans and existing operational arrangements remain unchanged.
