Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority seeks to award a contract in order to undertake a detailed analytical assessment using robust and authoritative data sources to test the feasibility of establishing a large-scale Trade College to serve Greater Lincolnshire and the wider region. The supplier will provide GLCCA with a written report advising of the options available, a suggestion of next steps and guidance on whether a Trade College is required within Lincolnshire to meet the forecasted increase in trade skills and jobs in the area, in line with employer demand.
