Project Title - Value Stream Mapping to support MRP and Warehousing management systems.

Project Objective - The business Road Map identified that the businesses current operating model relies on a combination of Excel spreadsheets, paper records, email, manual handovers and individual knowledge across sales, quoting, project management, manufacturing, warehousing, installation and aftermarket servicing. This creates duplicated effort, inconsistent information, limited operational visibility and unnecessary risk as the business grows. The purpose of the IDTA support is to help the business in completing the advisory and diagnostic phase needed to make later software investment successful.

Attachments to this RFQ include the application form and a copy of the businesses Road Map.

The scope and scale of this work must be achievable within 7 days of support. The quote for this work for can be up to £7,000 including VAT. The work will be awarded to the supplier offering the most competitive quote.
