All aresolar-powered and have no mains electrical connection. The vast majority of these machinesare located on streets and on surface car parks within the City of Derby.The negotiated procedure withoutprior publication has been used and is justified under Regulation 32(2)(b) (ii) of the PublicContracts Regulations 2015 for the award of a public services contract.
