Procured via Lot 5 Multi-Disciplined of the, Derby City Council Highways Framework 2022 -2026 (DCC/L05/22). The full details (scope) on the programme of works are outlined in the Quote (reference:
T6564/GG/03) from Whitehouse Construction Co. Ltd (titled T6564). - DCC Allenton Tree Pit and Paving - Budget Offer Letter (REV C). The full works programme will be delivered entirely by Whitehouse Ltd. This includes the purchase, supply and installation of the pocket park and all civils. This includes footway improvements and tree pit installation at Allenton. Additional minor civils identified are outlined in the quote, including re-location of existing street furniture and on-going maintenance schedule (including checklist) of maintenance activities for this location. This maintenance schedule will coincide with the other district centre pocket parks that are maintained by Whitehouse.
