The ability to serve hot drinks such as barista style coffee, quality teas, hot chocolate, water. The ability to trade from The Park for a minimum of 5 hours every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays during daylight hours. Additional days during daylight hours are at the discretion of the Licence holder, however if a pattern is established over time bidders are encouraged to work to this pattern to ensure customer expectations are met, whenever possible.
