Resource required is a Cloud based, Fraud Case Management system.
The system will be specifically to manage corporate fraud investigations.
It will manage all cases from referral to prosecution for 6 counter fraud investigators.
It will assist in managing resources, prioritising cases and monitoring progress.
It will provide detailed management information to enable accurate performance and outcome reporting.
It will be customisable, provide an audit trail and support compliance with the Criminal Procedures and Investigations Act 1996.
Such systems are available 'off the shelf' and deliverable within a month timeframe.
