This procurement is for the delivery of the Welford Road Front Walls Improvement Scheme. The Front Walls scheme involves the demolition of front and side boundary walls to a maximum of 40 residential properties on Welford Road, excavation of the existing foundations, construction of new concrete foundations and new brick front and side boundary walls and the installation of mild steel gates.
