PAN3223 - Asbestos Analytical Services (#REQ-2213)
As previously mentioned above we have a responsibility to ensure our contractors, staff and tenants are aware of any asbestos containing material allowing us to accurately diagnose the materials and to allow our asbestos removal contractors to remove the asbestos under licenced conditions. However, we are responsible for arranging Air monitoring test’s for 4-stage-clearances, which this contract provides.
