PAN3208 - Estates Valuation Services (#REQ-1826)
Leicester City Council’s Estates and Building Services Team invites Tenders for the provision of asset valuation services.
The Authority’s requirement is split into two Lots:
Lot 1 Commercial Property Valuations
Lot 2 Agricultural Land Valuations
Further competition is invited under the terms and conditions of ESPO framework agreement 2700 Estates Management Professional Services. In this present instance, Leicester City Council is issuing this invitation to tender as a further competition under the following Lot:
Under ESPO Lot 1 Valuation Services: Lot 1C General Valuation
The proposed contract will be for three years with no options to extend.
