FEW1383 - HomeSwapper & SwapTracker Procurement (#REQ-1051)
It is a legislative duty for LCC to offer Mutual Exchanges for Housing tenants. If we didn’t have HomeSwapper it would require more officer time to facilitate the administration of a Mutual Exchange. There is a saving in Housing Officer time.
If we didn’t have HomeSwapper / SwapTracker it would mean more time for Housing Officers doing administrative tasks, opposed to managing tenancies.
