W23-069- Sponsored advertising using Indeed (#REQ-5572)
For certain vacant posts, we may choose to use paid advertising media to ensure our job gets sufficient reach to attract either a wide range of applicants or applicants with a specific set of skills or experience.
Roles that would benefit from being sponsored are recommended by the Recruitment Team but it is the Head of Service who decides whether to use this approach, as it is their budget that pays for it.
Indeed is the UK's largest job board and therefore has the greatest reach of candidates whilst also enabling us to use their online Applicant Tracking System to manage our campaigns.
Spend limits can be placed on individual campaigns so that HoS can approve specific amounts.
We currently use Indeed sponsored adverts but on a purchase card basis which we are trying to move away from.
